I rarely take the time to write reviews, but not writing one for this hotel would honestly feel wrong. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We have spent many nights in well-known 5-star hotel chains due to my wife’s work, and almost always there was at least something negative to point out. Great hotel! The staff are polite and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and very clean, and the view was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect — it’s close to most places in Istanbul, which made getting around very convenient. Highly recommended!
Amazing hotel and unforgettable experience! From the very first day, the staff made me feel welcome and supported. The room and service were perfect. I am a regular guest at this hotel. The rooms are always clean, the staff are friendly, and the location is perfect. I stayed over my birthday weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a cake and a lovely note waiting for me. It was a very thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

We came with our friends for a holiday and were very pleased. Many thanks to the reception staff and Ms. Ayca for their attention. The spa package added a lot to our stay. The restaurant view was beautiful. The location is very convenient, everything is close. It's a lovely hotel, and Port Bosphorus Hotel will be our only choice for our next stay in Istanbul. Thank you for everything. I recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfortable accommodation.
We stayed as part of a group tour. Although we requested a room on a higher floor, we were placed on the first floor facing a busy road, which was quite noisy. The room décor was rather basic and uninspiring (IKEA-style). While the hotel has a spa, we were told that we could not use the sauna and steam facilities as they were fully booked, which was disappointing. The staff could have been more helpful. Breakfast was fine and offered a nice view of the Bosphorus. The location is good, close to the Galata Port promenade. Overall, I am not sure I would choose to stay here again independently.
Booked on a cruise from the Galata Port, directly across the road from the Port Bosphorus Hotel, we found the hotel an excellent location. We stayed in a Deluxe room at the hotel, which totally met our needs, with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning and fast wifi. The hotel had a 24 hrs desk with excellent security, as a room key card was required to utilise the elevators. All staff were courteous and helpful, answering our inquiries in English including Ayça who was in reception and the dining / restaurant 'Seagull' on floor 9. Breakfast 5+Reception- quite blunt Cleanliness- goodAdvert- offers two single beds- reality is that they have no double bed economy rooms, even though it's advertised. Helpfulness - when asked for water, they said sure, but never arrived. I would recommend it for it's location and wonderful breakfast with a great view
