My son recently had an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience while applying for housing through New Trail Plaza leasing office. He completed the full application, paid the required $15 fee, submitted a $300 deposit, and provided every document requested. As a self‑employed applicant, he supplied his bank statements along with a notarized letter verifying his income. Despite this, he spent nearly three weeks visiting the office and responding to repeated requests for additional documentation, only to ultimately be denied. Excellent management & Beautiful, Spacious Apartments Ashley is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly caring, attentive, and always responds immediately whenever I have a question or need assistance. You can tell she truly goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and valued. The new building itself is gorgeous, impeccably clean, and extremely well maintained. My apartment is very spacious, bright, and comfortable, making it a joy to come home to every day.
