THE MANAGER CLEARLY SHOWS FAVORITISM WHEN ALLOCATING APARTMENTS AND DOES NOT TREAT RESIDENTS EQUALLY. I was genuinely interested in moving into these apartments, but my first experience with the leasing office was extremely disappointing and ultimately led me to decide not to move forward. I personally visited the property with my friend. My friend signed the lease and paid the deposit, but they are now genuinely worried about moving in due to the experience we had. What concerned us the most was the apparent unfairness in unit allocation. We were told that first-floor apartments were not…
Definitely not a good place to move and I don't say it anyway but because of the administration, my husband had applied since January to move on February 20 it turns out that everything "was going well" and that our application was already approved on multiple occasions we asked if it was something safe and they answer was yes, in fact on February 18 they showed him the apartment where we were going to move and everything to give the deposit. it turns out that he went to take the deposit yesterday and they denied us the application, it is the worst feeling one can feel and more when you have…
I asked about availability and was asked for bank statements and proof of income before even seeing a unit.
I had a very disappointing experience with the management at Palladium Lewisville Apartments. During a phone call regarding my application, I could hear the manager in the background yelling that I “don’t have the money for the apartment.” It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. Regardless of the situation, no applicant should be spoken about that way — especially loud enough to be overheard. It was hurtful and made me feel disrespected. Communication should always be handled with professionalism and courtesy. I would hope management reflects on how they treat prospective residents…

My sister recently applied here but had to withdraw her application due to her dad’s health, which required her to stay closer to family outside the city. Unfortunately, during the process, we overheard a manager in the background say, “she don’t have the money.” That comment was completely unnecessary and came across as very unprofessional and insensitive. Situations change, and people deserve to be treated with respect regardless of their circumstances. It was really disappointing to experience that kind of behavior during what was already a difficult time for our family.
I was genuinely excited to move to these apartments and for family reasonings I was not able to move and stay in lewisville and when letting the leasing agent know that I hear the manager of the property say that “she just doesn’t have the money” I will stand by my statement that she is unprofessional and disrespectful. The leasing agent I dealt with was Kennedy whoever the manager is at this property needs to be talked with or something because that is unacceptable and disrespectful. I’m not moving and staying in lewisville due to my dad‘s health so for you to say something so disrespectful…
I was able to take a tour the unit that I looked at was extremely nice. The young lady named Kennedy took me on the tour was very professional, very polite and answer all the questions that I had. Thank you, Miss Kennedy. What an angel
Hannah was very pleasant and answered every question I had. The apartment I viewed was beautiful as to be expected with it being brand new. I just hope the community to stay safe, clean and welcoming.
