I stayed here for three nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Sagrika was especially helpful, demonstrating kindness and respect throughout my visit. She served cakes for our friend’s birthday ❤️
The experience was very pleasant and the service was excellent, especially from Mr. Sajid, who was very cooperative and gave us a very warm welcome, providing us with everything we needed during our stay. I also thank Ms. Samira, who was very kind and helpful.
Although the Grand Hyatt Residence is out of the city, it has great staff and big suites, which made my 20 min low cost rides to the city center really worth it. I was given a 3 bedroom suite by a nice lady at the reception. She kindly explained the property to me at midnight, which made my late arrival feeling very comfortable. The suite was modern and bright with three bedrooms, a kitchen and even a maid room. You can enjoy gorgeous Persian Gulf view in the living room. I especially want to mention Ajay and Sajid. I have been staying at Grand Hyatt Residences for more than a year now. I .am pleased that I made the right choice when I decided to make it my home in Kuwait. This is a new property- spacious rooms with modern decor and furnitures. The hotel has exceptional customer service- all the staffs ( reception, house keeping, travel desk, sales team etc) are friendly, eager to help and respond with alacrity. It has plenty of parking space. Hotel has a functional gym and swimming pool.

The room is not clean, have been there twice. Late response. When we ask the reception for something the don’t respond. They just think about the 100kd deposit and find any reason and a way to take it off or not give it back. Once the room door is locked and had to call the reception to help us unlock it. Not recommended for anyone.
Great for a family stay while relocating. The staff is friendly and supportive. The gym is nice and well equipped, i like it has a view to a small garden. The pool is indoors, and it gets humid in the pool room. Unfortunately the long term rate is not suitable for us.
