Building is good. Lift quantity is too low for 39 flloor building. Many times problem with one or more lifts. Most of the times too much time waiting for to get lifts. Very high rent they are taking. Also all maintennace which less than 500 aed,tenants have to pay which is very ridiculuous.
I had the worst shifting experience of my life with Al Thuriah (Sahara Tower 6, Sharjah). I paid 3 months' rent in advance and submitted all post-dated cheques for the full contract period. Although our contract officially started on June 26, both parties agreed I could shift earlier on June 17. I informed them well in advance, booked movers, scheduled my Carrefour appliance delivery, and notified my old landlord. Very bad building security shouts at little kids little kids and once he slapped a 10 year-old girl and you cannot enter the playground because sometimes it’s always cleaning, but it never looks really neat and it is really confusing for 39 floors and 4. lifts
Very bad and worst building because of their Facilities Management, Fire Alarm always tripping without any reasons, lift is too slow, parking gate takes long time to open during night time (which is so annoying). Decide to stay with your own discretion.

I live here, staff are very nice and friendly, nice big pool, good safety, clean environment, close to Sahara Center, nesto and grocery market. Also have very good view.

Very nice and well maintained building, Sahara Tower 6 block A, entrance lobby of the building was good and overall atmosphere of the building is great 👍, professional gym equipment and very nice and very clean summing pool 🏊 and very professional management and maintenance staff.
Amazing building with little touches that make it feel like any other Al thuriah home. The house is very clean and cleaning is usual and constant. Although there are 3 issues to consider before living here 1: WAY too many fire drills. Almost 10 times a day with some of them triggering smoke detectors even when there is no fire. Very dangerous in case of real fires. 2: not enough elevators and small existing ones . It is normal for you to wait ten minutes for one to be slightly empty. 3: poor wiring and electricity. It might be common to find light bulbs suddenly not working and outlets…
