Excellent community in ajman and the first gated community at big zones
Such a wonderful construction and finish, very good developer, it will be amazing investment....next to future Data center
The project is coming along very nicely and the villas are in Very good quality
I have visited this place, constructions is ok but developer and Material & land registry type is not fully clear. Plus location is vey backside and look like rough area where family community from different country might not feel comfortable to live. money wise is reasonable but not as low as i was thinking.

I generally wouldn’t trust the developer with their claims, a short walk to Emirates City would show you how unfinished their projects are, still have original plans that show lakes and gardens while in reality it’s just dust and abandoned buildings. Be very careful believing that they’ll deliver
Being in its initial stages, the project doesn't offer much to comment on yet. However, my hopeful expectation is that the community's design will prioritize accessibility for both young and older individuals. I envision spacious pathways that will allow for enjoyable walks and opportunities to connect with nature. While it's too early to make a comprehensive assessment, I'm eager to see how these aspects come together as the project progresses.
