The management at [100 Dalhousie st], including Nalini Singh, has been extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Despite being an official tenant on the lease, I have repeatedly faced issues with access to my unit and building amenities. Every time I reached out for support, my concerns were ignored or handled in a condescending manner. The way they treat tenants and even landlords is completely unacceptable—as if we are just inconveniences rather than paying residents. Their lack of responsiveness, respect, and basic professionalism makes living here extremely frustrating. I strongly…
This review is directed toward the management team, particularly regarding ongoing issues with communication and professionalism. I’ve been in touch with Nalini Singh since the time I moved in, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Our fobs were deactivated without any prior notice, and when my landlord tried to clarify the issue, they were spoken to rudely and dismissively. Nalini’s email responses are often unclear and condescending, lacking proper justification or explanation. For example, when I lost a bathroom sensor, I was charged for its replacement and even…
gym is decent but the condo and unit's build quality is poor, Management is incompetent, and they do not respect tenants. Feel free to own but do not rent! After forcing tenants to store their bicycles in the bike locker, instead of tenants' own units, the property management then blackmails cyclists by either demanding $100 or they'll cut your lock and steal your bicycle. Was told by my property manager, James Mullan, today to pick up my bicycle. When I arrived, they demanded $100 even though my bicycle wasn't present. When they went looking for my bicycle, it's now "Missing"...
Recently, I requested assistance to access the 10th floor as I had forgotten my fob. Instead of offering support, the concierge supervisor spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, questioning why I had forgotten it. 🤯 He then instructed me to leave the building, call my own phone number, and re-enter — which is unreasonable, as without the fob I cannot use the elevator after entering through the main door. What made this experience even more concerning is that the building manager was present during this interaction. Rather than addressing the supervisor’s inappropriate conduct, the…

I feel really sleepy now because of several fire alarms between approximately 3am and 5am this morning. Every time when I thought this may be the last time , it happened again. After at least 6 times it finally stopped. Then at 8am it happened again. A good alarm to wake up on holidays….. If you want to live in scare I would be a good place…
Okay… I gotta add this… false fire alarm went off today between 4:30 and 8:40 am 5-6 times already and I’m so afraid it will keep going throughout the whole day… come on it’s holiday… let us sleep please First of all, very sketchy area, yes not the management’s fault but the area is getting worse and worse. Once i was almost hit by a homeless person right outside the building just for not having and giving him some cash lol And this is the only building I’ve ever lived that requires a booking in advance and a damage deposit of $100 for using a STUDY ROOM every single time… and they only…
It’s now 6:00 AM as I write this, and the fire alarms are still going off. Not once, not twice, but three times since 4:30 AM. This is beyond unacceptable and extremely infuriating. Clear sign of management’s incompetence. Do better.
Let's guess how many fire alarms there are this week. Thrice in very late night and morning. It lasted up to half an hour. I don't want to talk about how many times I have been in the past. If you like surprises, move into Social Condos.
