The property is decent. Just that some property owners are giving feedback the price have not really rose up as expected after holding for 3 years. Maybe it means still a good time to look into the project? We have a 2 bedroom unit. Watch out for the listings.
The Jewel Residence at Flora Road is a beautiful and calm place to live. I was a resident there in 2023 for one years, and the experience was amazing. The condo offers many excellent facilities, all in brand-new and well-maintained condition. One of the most popular features is the beach-like pool, which is very long and spacious. There is also a separate baby pool section with water play features, making it a great spot for kids. The children’s play area is also well-designed and remains open until 10 PM. Quiet and lovely place, with an amazing pool and landscaping. Residents are also friendly and approachable
Featured a long plot of land and hence a long flowing swimming pool with many different pool features. Love listening to the waters in the midst of the lush greenery. Sitting in the estate of condominiums, you find yourself enjoying the peace of the neighborhood without noise from traffic or industrial activities. Short drive to beach, airport and Japanese school is just round the corner. Oh, did I mention, it's the latest development in that area.
WOW!!!!!! What a location, what a surprise and the structure will make you feel you own the whole area. Go and visit and have a wonderful idea what the new living is all about.
