I didn’t receive any replies to the phone messages I sent to the number provided. There was a time I tried to book an available slot through the app, but the app wasn’t working. I decided to walk in and check directly, they couldn’t give me a sched and asked me to come back the next day. When I returned the next day, I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment. I understand now that there’s no grace period for late arrivals, and that appointments beyond 6 PM aren’t usually accommodated. The staff barely acknowledged me and simply told me to come back again the next day. I don't know…

I have about 15 mins early, got a seat and patiently waited since I was early I did not yet approach the conceirge. But a few seconds in, a staff and the conceirge were chatting and saying that they hope that the person scheduled for 6pm does not arrive. (I was the one booked for 6pm). Then after a while, I approached the attendant and said that I have an appointment for 6pm and the attendant said, “ay ikaw yun?”.
