I have a good experience with this company 💞💞💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Disappointing once they receive the last payment they will ignore all your snagging comments & keep delaying handing over your unit officially. No one replies back to emails nor calls.
We put 30% down payment paid for DLD in January and now it’s almost December and no DLD yet. The focus on client is nonexistent. They don’t reply on your emails . So frustrating . I feel we made wrong choice going with this developer as I can see how in future all our concerns will not be handled .
Rawan Elsanoucy has been excellent sales person, heleped alot to clarify things answering all my queries clearly and professionally. I will surelly recommenf TAKMEEL and escpicially Rawan to friends and family. It has been great experience
