  • I usually get my fresh produce from this store the prices are reasonable, and the fruits and vegetables stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to a week. The store has a good-sized parking lot and is conveniently located, making it easy to stop by Costco afterward. They also carry a nice selection of Indian spices, yogurt, and dosa batter.
  • I bought a "fresh cake" that has a tag good for sale by 11/6 in 10/23 . Around 2 weeks. But it has already molded. I think their tags are not trustable, and they risk their customers' health. I never come back again
  • Every time I walk in, it’s clean and organized. The best produce in the area. The staff are the is the best—always helpful. It feels like shopping in a place that cares about the community. I also love their variety. Enjoy my weekly runs from SF. Highly recommend if you want great quality, great prices, and genuinely kind people.
  • I was really disappointed with my experience at ICC Indian Store. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. A simple question was met with attitude instead of assistance. I expected a more welcoming environment, especially for a local community store. I hope they improve their customer service.

  • The lady at the store was quite rude and unfriendly. I had seen the reviews beforehand but still wanted to give it a try. While the place is spacious and carries fruits, veggies, and other essentials, the management is disappointing. It's unfortunate to see such poor attitude in a business located in Foster City. The location is convenient, but I'd rather travel farther for groceries than come back here.
  • Interesting experience. First time to this store. Normal store visit, at checkout, the cashier generally will offer a pleasant greeting and ask, 'did you find all that you came for', and just be nice. Not here. The stock is great, lots of stuff, plenty of variety, and we found what we wanted. But the older gentleman at checkout, umm, perhaps he was having a bad day. No smile, no nothing. No 'thank you for coming, do come again', which we generally get in the store near Whole Foods. So, having got used to a pleasant visit at the other store, this one fell flat. Would we go again? I want a…
  • If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I've shopped here for years solely out of convenience (it's close to my home and has easy parking). But after countless unpleasant encounters with the owners and staff here, I've reached my limit. There's no sense of basic courtesy, let alone professionalism. The old man who seems to run the store is consistently rude and openly hostile. He is actually just downright mean to people, myself included. The younger woman who works there - presumably his daughter- is no better. Rude tone and outright verbal abuse seem to be the standard customer…
  • I never thought to review this store before, but after seeing so many negative comments, I decided to share my experience. The kitchen food they sell are excellent—I’ve never had any issues with their food or produce. While the owner isn’t the friendliest or most welcoming, that doesn’t really matter to me since he does his job well. That being said, everyone else in the shop is friendly, smiles, and is very welcoming. One time, I accidentally bought an extra bottle of hot sauce and wanted to return it. Even though I mistakenly brought a Safeway receipt instead of the right one, the owner…
