I’ve been living at 300 Ashland Place for a while now, and I genuinely love it here! The building is always clean and well-kept, and the staff are super friendly and helpful whenever I need something. The location is amazing—there’s so much to do nearby with great restaurants, shops, and cultural spots just steps away. Being so close to public transportation has also made my life so much easier. It really feels like home, and I couldn’t be happier living here. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable and convenient, I highly recommend it!
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living at 300 Ashland, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to call home. The building is modern, well-maintained, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I want to give a special shoutout to Fabio, Dorian, Leo, and Jorge, who have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s addressing maintenance requests promptly or just being friendly and helpful, their dedication and hard work have made a real difference in my experience here. The amenities, location, and overall atmosphere at 300 Ashland are…
We relocated to 300 Ashland nearly two months ago, and the experience has exceeded our expectations. The staff at 300 Ashland are not just friendly but incredibly helpful. The entire leasing process went super smoothly—I don't think we had encountered any obstacles. What stands out the most to me is the sense of community in 300 Ashland. I am an introvert myself, but my interactions with fellow residence that I met whether in the elevator, the gym (clean and impressively well-equipped), or the hallway, have consistently been warm and polite. Holding doors, asking how you are doing, and even…
I have been living at 300 Ashland Place for 3 years now. I love the building, my apartment, the location but most importantly I love the staff, the level of response, service is unmatched. The whole building is good vibes all the time! Also the view hahah

I recently rented at 300 Ashland, it was literally the easiest experience I've had in moving into or leasing a space in New York City over the past 17 years I've lived here. Living in places in Manhattan to all over Brooklyn, it's safe to say, Josh and Tony were some of the easiest people to work with. The were very organized, as well as communicative throughout the process. Alexis and Fabio were amazing in getting all the move in day, walk-through and paper work sorted, even on the weekend! The staff at reception and throughout the building have been exceptional over these past 3 months.…
I moved into 300 Ashland this spring and have absolutely loved my experience here. The leasing team is phenomenal and made the process of securing an apartment seamless. The management and operations teams are very kind, attentive and professional. The unit itself is awash in natural sunlight and offers all the modern amenities one would need - W/D & dishwasher to name a few. I love most the gorgeous sunsets from the roof deck. Lucky to call 300 Ashland home!
I moved into 300 Ashland about 2 months ago and I’ve loved my time here so far. Josh and Tony from the front office are consummate professionals who actually care about the work they do. Hell, they’re my friends! The gym is exceptional, the door men and women are always welcoming, and the other tenants are easy to get along with. Here I save 1k a month in comparison to my last apartment, the location is fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier. TwoTrees in general is remarkable but 300 Ashland specifically, makes an apartment feel like a home.
I've lived here @ 300 Ashland since just a few months after her opening in the early Fall of 2016. Not only is the building stellar, -- the gym is the best I've seen in a rental high-rise -- but the way the ship is run is absolutely top notch. Whenever I've had need, the building's property manager, Tara Dexter, has reached beyond the perfunctary to really make me feel respected and protected. I'm certain her engaged and professional tone sets the example for an exemplary overall experience for tenants. I'd describe the building as pristine and well-appointed, the staff as diligently…
