Overall good product. Service not so much. A bros house just burned down and a bro was in a hurry. A bro asked for what they had in 7gs or 14gs homie brings out two options I grab the smaller one and bail. Turns out it was 3.5gs that he just gave me for just 20 bucks under what the 14gs would have cost. I came back, knowing I couldn't get a refund but was hoping to maybe ask for a deal on some more. Me and the guy that sold me the stuff were having a chat about it when another guy just assumed there was an issue and butted in with an attitude. This needlessly escalated the situation and I…
I’ve been in and out of Austin for the past few years, and out of all the smoke shops in the city, Happy Clouds easily dominates the game. Great deals, great product selection, and genuinely friendly, knowledgeable staff. You can tell there’s an attention to detail here that only real smokers notice. Big respect to the owners—if you see them working in the store, give them a nod. They’re clearly putting in serious work for Austin’s scene across every aspect that actually matters. Special shoutout to Liam at the North Austin location—welcoming, helpful, and a true standout even among an…
Staff is always friendly, helpful, and fun to interact with. Liam especially has helped me find alternatives when certain items were out of stock; he listened well and really tried to find something that would suit my needs. The other Lamar location is also super chill
Happy Clouds offers a solid selection of quality vapes, e-liquids, and accessories in a clean, welcoming environment even with the ongoing legal legislation(SB 3). The store is easy to browse, well stocked, and makes it simple to find what you’re looking for without feeling overwhelmed. What stood out most during my visit was the level of customer service. Manager Ames was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful - making sure all my questions were answered and that I left with exactly what I needed with good product knowledge, fair pricing, and reliable service, Happy Clouds is a place…

Happy Clouds is hands down one of the best vape shops I’ve been to. They have a great selection of vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories, and everything is always well organized and easy to find. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the customer service — especially Liam. He’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer questions and recommend products without ever rushing me. Every visit feels welcoming, and I always leave confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for quality products and top-notch service, Happy Clouds is the place to…
Liam is the absolute best!! Genuinely one of the best people to be around and always extremely helpful, he has saved me so much money on vapes /etc. by explaining things in detail and giving me tips. I will forever be a return customer as long as he’s here. Also huge shoutout to Aimes and Joseph for always being awesome too!
Big thank you to Joseph for the outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Customer service like that is rare these days. If you stop by this smoke shop, ask for Joseph. You’ll be in good hands
June 2025: Another fabulous experience with Ali. It was a pleasure to run into him at another Happy Clouds location; he’s always got good vibes, no pressure and a smile so it’s nice to be in the shop. His knowledge turned into my 7 strain experiment….. see the photo below. There’s a 10 year Anniversary exclusive release of Sherbet Cream Pie that I hope sticks around! August 2025: Liam gets so much blame for making this my permanent Happy Clouds location. This shop is SO chill, it isn’t in a chaotic location, the staff is kind, no pressure….. Y’ALL THE BEST! Thank you, Ali, Liam & crew. Second…
