DO NOT BUY from them!! Total scam. I ordered 100% European flax linen sheets directly from Original Tapestries. Had 100% Moomee cotton sheets delivered by Amazon ( which sell for $63 on Amazons site and state a refund policy of 100 % . Numerous emails back and forth to a third company named of all things, Premier Trust stores ( the last company you should trust) they offered me numerous option 20%refund in a gift card and keep the sheets , 50% refund iin a store gift card. Paid $140 for European flax linen sheets and received cotton linen LIKE sheets from amazon. Should've looked at the reviews beforehand. Lesson learned. They sent Moomoo brand Chinese sheets from amazon. I guess I should be fortunate that they at least sent something but, it's definitely not European or flax linen.

do not order from this company. I ordered linen sheets for more than $100 and received 100% polyester sheets. They refused to refund me the money. They told me to send it back to China, which cost $200 to return it. This is a 100% scam company.

Zero stars if I could. Product was not as expected. A return was going to be the costs of shipping back to China so I chose the 20% discount instead. My dispute started Oct 24th, Order placed on Oct 4th. It's Nov 24th and I just get a circle jerk of emails and no resolution. Don't order from this company.

This is a bait and switch operation. They will say you are buying linen and send you polyester. Their refund policy is a lie- they “just moved” to China so they try to get you to take some tiny percentage or a gift card. If not you have to send them back to China with no shipping provided to get your money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them they are not telling the truth. Their products are complete crap. BEWARE.

There was no option to give ZERO stars. This is a. Complete and utter scam. I ordered and paid for a tapestry. There is a picture on my order showing a woman holding it up. Instead, I got a cheaply made SCARF. No wait, it was more like a pillow case for a king sized pillow. Certainly it is false advertising at its finest. Going back to brick and mortar when I want a tapestry. Hoping PayPal and or the BBB can help me with a much deserved refund.

I ordered queen sheets and they were more like king-sized and not acceptable. While they responded quickly to my request for a return/refund, shipping back to China was my responsibility. Their offer was for a 15% refund or a 25% gift card. Feels like a scam to me! Stay away. Also if you try to review on their website, you cannot.

I made a purchase on line and received a purchase order. I was then given an automated email saying my purchase would arrive in 10-15 business days and I would get shipping details in 7 days. Well weeks pass and i haven’t received anything. I email customer support and all I get is an automated response that they will look into it and get back with me in 1-3 business days.
