Great building which you can live on it
Wonderful Location like it.
Despite it is a good building, but the management do all their possible to stole your deposit money during check out During check in, they do a light inspection for check in, even there is some issue on paint they don’t highlight it, but during check out inspection, they will check each millimeter of paint and if they found a small dent or a point they will ask you to paint the full apartment, even you do a touch up by a professional painter they will still complain in order to stole your deposit , avoid Almirqab company,

The detailing in the apartment is terrible. The units are unfinished and the management is either refusing or extremely slow on resolving the issues. We were promised so many amenities when they sold us the unit, and then later revoked them. For example the steam/ sauna now being only for Men. The jacuzzi is always cold. The lobby and public areas were supposed to be finished months ago and are still under construction. We are still limited to 1 back of house elevator to get to the unit after living here for 3 months. The rent is extremely high for what you are getting. Please be aware before…
We live here. Terrible finishing quality, zero soundproofing (we can hear neighbours using their bathroom), high rent and not quite the services/amenities matching it, we visited during construction, they promised so much, we should not have trusted. The management by Al Mirqab is also nothing short of a disgrace. Avoid if you can.
