Reviews

Sadly TQL has no remorse, will drop your company for simple mistakes but tend to Forget when they send you to a load and it’s not ready until next day or somebody else took it. This is exactly how companies start falling apart.

My husband and I (Eddie) ran a load. TQL agreed to a $1000 price to return to the shipper then they refuse to pay us. We have the rate con. Their shippers will also now get a 1 star review.

TQL is the worst. The people who answer the calls for load booking is nasty and rude. Also, they owe me detention charges for 13hours and continue to deny it. The day the issue happen the broker called my phone non stop, thanking me for my efforts. He lied and said he was not at home and that he would send me a new RC with detention charges. After I dropped the load off at another location (not the original) he stopped answering my calls and text, just ghosted me. Lesson learned the hard way but they wont trick me again.

They are liars, dishonest. They post the same load with different cities to pick up and deliver. (mainly in the Memphis TN region) Someone in this company has to do quality control with these dispatchers because trust is the key that opens the door to partnership and loyalty.

Immature, unprofessional, dishonest- this was our experience. There are an endless supply of brokers we can use and we will no longer require any services from TQL. Also- ignore the fake response posted below by company- they have no concern I promise you. Same response for all comments. Seriously- I’m pretty sure TQL is fully aware of its “QUESTIONABLE” practices. What am I going to tell you that you don’t know?!?! TQL feeds off the ignorance of shippers and drivers alike. Shippers choose them because they know the name and drivers choose them because they work with BRAND NEW, no experience…

We at JG Trucking LLC, enjoy working with TQL ensuring that their loads are delivered in a timely manner and the company is quick about payments. Thanks again TQL for entrusting us to work with you in meeting or exceeding your expectations.

TQL has freight, well so they say... There is a strong chance after you book a load TQL will cancel and they will not pay TONU. Also if you are detained somewhere you can forget about detention pay, that's not happening either. The brokers will tell you they will put you in for detention, but they won't. You'll never get a revised rate confirmation and if you invoice it, they will short pay you. This is the only broker on my do not load list. It's that bad. Its good if you are a new authority, they don't care, they will load you. It's a bunch of college kids or fresh out of college folks.…

My company completed an oversized load for TQL. The company is refusing to pay me the load, although the load has been delivered on time. When I reached out to the accounting department, I was told that my load won’t be paid due to claim against me. The so called claim is for the exact amount of the load, which is a total scam. The load has not been damaged by my company, which can be seen on all the pictures. TQL overloaded me trailer and submitted a request after. Very shady company. Avoid them !!!
