Kirsty and the management team went above and beyond in processing our rental application. The communication and follow up was amazing. Thanks so much.
The best decision I’ve made! Property manager Kirsty was amazing — very helpful and understanding. The property and amenities are immaculate. The other tenants are welcoming and friendly, which makes it feel like home.
Really enjoyed living here. Good rooftop space, garden, pool and spa. Local area has good homely feel. Kirsty does a great job looking after the place and is always keen to help.
Loved it and would've stayed longer. Rented here for 2 years, each year in a different apartment(our choice to downsize). Really nice living. Beautiful rooftop accommodations, the pool, the gym and the dining areas. Very clean and properly managed building. Kirsty was our building manager and she was the best! She was always happy to help. The other tenants are really friendly and there is a nice community in the building. We went to several events hosted for the tenants such as watercolor painting and the meet and greets. Would strongly recommend the TreeHouse!

TreeHouse by Aria is an incredibly beautiful place to live and moving in was so smooth thanks to the wonderful building manager! Very happy to call the TreeHouse home.
The sites immediate frontage facing Davies Park provides opportunities to explore the integration of vertical landscaping within the facade and opportunities to create an engaging street scape at ground levels. Vertical greenery is expressed in the façade enriching urban biodiversity and explores life in a treehouse. Informed by its context the proposal explores the concept of biophilia and our desire to connect with nature and other forms of life. The bold architectural response creates a strong identity unique to its context adjacent to the park. Living spaces orientated towards the Park…
Absolutely gorgeous apartments by Aria Living. Daisy is an absolute gem of an on-site manager, helping to make everything seemless for residents. Her diligent communication with residents keeps the building in tiptop shape 24/7. The rooftop is a standout feature amongst the aria apartments.
Gorgeous apartments that are very well kept. Building management, specifically Daisy, are incredibly helpful, proactive, and handle everything in alignment with what you would expect from luxury living! Building management ensures a sense of community and run events for residents. Love it!
