I’ve visited ACE Hospital several times and always found the nurses polite, professional, and able to communicate clearly in English. Unfortunately, my most recent ER visit was extremely disappointing because of the doctor on duty. My 10 year old son had been vomiting for many hours. He only speaks English, I speak English, and my partner speaks fluent English — yet the doctor chose to speak only in a language neither the patient nor the father understood. Horrible, stay away! Went in for a UTI. They wanted to do an EKG and take a chest x-ray. I was there for about 10 hours and received zero meds or shots. They took a culture and sent it out taking 3 days to get back while they kept me in the hospital wanting to do nonsense tests. I left following day with an astronomical bill ..... and they did nothing, not even a prescription. Never again. Ended up going to a local Doctor, UTI gone in a week with pills.

FAKE QUEUES! A lot of insertions. My family and I had 10 hours of wait time. If you are using HMO insurance don't bother to visit here. Your time will be wasted! 5 hours of wait time for HMO approval and 5 hours wait time for the consultation. HNU is way better in terms service that ACE. They are best in billing and accounting but poor in customer care and service.

I find the current ICU visitor policy quite confusing and honestly, a bit nonsense. The hospital requires a ₱660 COVID test, but only one time. After that, visitors can go out, even go home the whole day, and return without another test. How is that truly protecting ICU patients? If someone has been outside, exposed to different places, and comes back without retesting — where’s the safety in that? Also, some patients have more than one family member who wants to visit. My wife and I came in into the ER to check up on my wife as she was experiencing some nausea, diziness and sweating. At first the nurse that we talked to upon entry kept insisting on doing a swab for COVID or other flu types. Then another nurse comes and agrees that we do not really need a swab. Then they place us in one of the bays to wait for the doctor to come. After a good amount of time the doctor comes and does her routine check-up and questions then requests a pregnancy test and cbc screening. My father hit his head and We were sent to your ER room as directed by a visit to local hospital for a CT scan (with referral and prescription). At your hospital the technicians told us we should take the scan first and then physician at ER will talk to us.
