The management at SOL Avenue is totally useless and refuses to do anything to assist tenants when it comes to noise complaints. We have complained 3 times about the same tenant on different occasions doing karaoke and partying and screaming from 10am until 2/4am every alternate night. Please think twice before coming to live here because this is what you will have to face.. rudeness and no willingness to take accountability, seems like they want to be paid for NOT doing their job (1st message from the building supervisor, second is the reply from me). The 3rd picture clearly startes no noises…

Terrible decision by management to not allow talabat drivers to park inside next to the talabat kitchen in the building.. causing all bikes to park outside in public RTA parking. Guests of building and other neighboring buildings are all disadvantaged by this decision.
