I am writing this review due to an unresolved issue with a missing delivery at Oval Village. A high-value parcel (over £1,000) was confirmed by the courier as delivered to the building on 10 November at 5:19 p.m. There is photographic evidence of the parcel being delivered to reception, and it has not been returned to sender. No failed delivery or return has been recorded in the courier’s tracking system, which would have generated a notification had that occurred. Previously reserved a shared ownership property here. With less than 1 month until the original move in date, we were told the homes had failed buildings regulations and there would be at least a 7 month delay whilst remedial work was carried out. We have had no communication since (3 months) from Housing association Peabody and still unaware of what the impact of this may be to our flat. Poor communication throughout.
Great up and coming development in a thriving community!
Great Development. 24-hour concierge, gym and ample green space. Lovely area to live. My favourite place is Kennington Park and Vauxhall Pleasure Garden - so beautiful in the autumn when the leaves change colours to vibrant warm hues.
