William Dawson was an exceptional leasing consultant whose warm, personable personality immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our Mom's specific needs, from square footage and layout to the amenities that mattered most to us. Moved in to Highley House right when it opened and is truly the best place I’ve ever lived. It wasn’t just a Highley House, but a Highley Home, where Mateo, Yuni, Will, and Liz became my family. The most well maintained property, where every morning the property is cleaned and looks as it did when I moved in when it had just opened. The neighbors are kind, and share in taking care of the property and leaving it nice. The amenities were fantastic. I never thought I could be so sad to be leaving a building. Guillermo Behrens is an outstanding maintenance professional. He is always respectful, reliable, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. He does a great job keeping the building in excellent condition and is very detail oriented. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really makes a difference for residents. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.
Guillermo, on the maintenance team is the kindest, hardest working guy I know. Really add a lot of value to this building and brightens my day whenever I see him. He’s always there to help with any issues and goes above and beyond. The leasing team is also amazing. As well as the concierges! Great vibes all around!

Will and the entire leasing staff at Highley House are an amazing group who have your best interest at heart! The entire signing process was smooth and everything since moving in has been fantastic! If you are looking to move right in Wynwood, The Highley House is the perfect spot for you!
Absolutely the BEST leasing office experience ever! Lis is amazing, professional, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond for every resident. She made the whole process so smooth, answered every question with patience, and made me feel completely at home from day one. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and loves what she does. Highly House is lucky to have her! If I could give 10 stars, I would THANK YOU LIS for making everything easy, fast, and stress-free!
I had an incredible experience with Lis touring the property. She went above and beyond in showing me the units I was interested in and the amenities, which the amenities just speak for themselves. Really stunning property with super attentive staff!
Incredible property with amazing amenities, including a state of the art gym, yoga room, rooftop pool, cold plunge, sauna, steam room. They even have a private kitchen for events and a movie theater and recording/podcast studio. Mateo Ayala was very helpful in touring the community and very knowledgeable about the property. The property manager Yuni is amazing as well, will definitely bring more clients in the upcoming months!
