Today I had the pleasure of touring with Kwai. He was extremely professional and immaculately dressed. With such an impactful first impression, I expected to be shown some quality listings today. One of which was a two bedroom and two bath at the Racine location. Kwai provided a wealth of information, was thorough and answered all of my questions. I have a couple of other listings I plan to see still, but no matter what my final decision will be, my experience today was noteworthy.
Kway hosted my tour, and truly made the entire experience exceptional. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He took his time walking me through the amenities, floor plans, and community features without ever making it feel rushed or transactional. He answered every question with confidence and clarity, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right fit, not just filling a unit.
The facade of a new construction building is exactly that, a facade. Tenants are loud, trashy, banging on doors, yelling in the hallway early in the morning. Your car will either be towed or stolen in this area; it is not safe. Crime is unchecked. I’ve been living here for more than a month and i still can’t even get a login into the resident portal because no one answers the phone or responds to emails. They might try to woo you with a rooftop terrace, but it is actually a slab of concrete in the alley next to section 8 housing. Management is useless. Your packages get stolen. Management…
This place would be so much better if management stopped letting one maintenance worker run around acting like he owns the building. In my opinion, he is a complete liar who plays games, twists stories, and manipulates management whenever it benefits him. He’s the type who pretends to be helpful in front of the right people, then turns around and spreads nonsense about residents behind their backs. You can clearly see how he plays favorites and pits staff against certain tenants. It’s disgusting and unprofessional. The energy shifts the second he walks into a room — he brings drama, tension,…

I’ve been apartment hunting since December, and I’m so happy I came across this property—it’s truly amazing! I had the pleasure of working with an incredible leasing agent named Kwai. He was full of energy, genuinely helpful, and took the time to show me every unit that matched what I was looking for in a home. His authenticity and positive attitude made a big impression on me and played a major role in my decision to choose this apartment complex as my new home. I couldn’t be more excited!
I worked with Jala Parks at Roosevelt Square Apartments and I am so grateful for her assistance throughout the leasing process. From start to finish, Jala was incredibly professional, responsive, and on point. She went above and beyond to ensure I was able to secure my new apartment quickly and efficiently. Even when I couldn’t talk on the phone, she remained extremely compliant and attentive through email, always gave a fast response and with a helpful attitude. Her determination to help me get my lease signed was evident every step of the way, and she made the entire experience smooth and…
We had an amazing experience working with Lilianna and Jala! They were incredibly nice, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process of finding our perfect apartment. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and made sure every option they showed us met our needs. Their professionalism and kindness made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new place at Roosevelt Square! Also saw Kwai he was with another client he greeted us nicely in passing.
