Review & Experience My experience has been extremely disappointing. Usman is very rude and unprofessional in his behavior. The reception team is often busy playing on their phones instead of assisting residents, had to do my finger prints 4 times & ask for paints to be fixed next to my door multiple times ,which is unacceptable. This level of service is very disappointing, especially from Ellington, considering the amount of money we are paying. Additionally, the building maintenance is in very poor condition. The maintenance team does not seem to address issues properly or in a timely…
I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. usman ahmed behavior has been consistently rude and unprofessional, which is completely unacceptable. The reception team regularly ignores residents, choosing to spend time on their phones rather than offering assistance. This shows a clear lack of respect and accountability. It is very disappointing to experience such poor service from Ellington, especially considering the high amount of money paid. Furthermore, the building’s maintenance is in a very bad condition. Maintenance requests are not handled properly, and the…
Ellington is truly one of the best developers in Dubai. They understand how to create buildings that offer not just a home, but a lifestyle. Living here feels like being in a resort rather than a regular residential building. The pool area is stunning, and the concept of two L-shaped buildings with the pool perfectly centered in between is brilliant. The gym is spacious and equipped with high-end machines, and the kids’ play area is fun and engaging—I’m sure your children will spend countless hours there. The indoor common areas are exceptionally elegant. You can hold meetings in the lobby,…
Simply the worst junk ever. 30-35% of the time there are maintenance and repairs, because the building is built by amateurs. Now even the pool that is 1.5 years old need to be re-done. So no pool days and for residents having pool view they can listen to construction for 2-3 months. Ellington do not care or answer residents emails. They got hundreds of complaints and answer same standard email to everyone. Stay far away from this building if you want to save your sanity.

The building it's fantastic. Pool area look like a resort, club house and gym are also amazing. BUT, the wall are waaay to thin. I live in a studio and can hear the neighboor speaking at the phone or caughing which is annoying (not blaming the neighbour, not his fault). So maybe for the new constructions, ellington properties should consider the idea to make a bit thicker walls.
No complaints on the quality of the apartment so far. Common areas are amazing, pool, kids playground and club house look like they are in a five star hotel. Best building in JVC by far.
Amazing building, best quality apartments in JVC. Very calm and friendly environment. I love the common areas and wifi coverage in Club House and even at the pool. Kids play room is a huge bonus.
