⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m currently getting ready to move into Berkeley Landing , and so far the experience has been great. The leasing team has been very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made the application and approval steps clear and easy to understand, which really reduced the stress of moving. Just waiting on my move in date🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️ I’m excited to move in and become part of the community! Cortney and Lina was so helpful and professional throughout my whole process after all the calls I made and don't forget the Pop up visits there was that warm greeting and a smile. I Love it here! My apartment is great and has all the amenities I wanted. The office staff is awesome and personable. The maintenance crew is awesome as well, plus fast and efficient.
I truly love it here! The maintenance team handles requests within 24 hours and is always professional and kind. The leasing staff is so friendly, and the property is beautiful and always well-kept. I could go on and on about how much I enjoy living here!

I had the best experience with Lina and Courtney, not only did they stay late to accommodate my work schedule so that I could submit all my documents to the office. They went above and beyond to help me. they were also very pleasant and welcoming. It really made me look forward to possibly becoming a tenant here!
