Sharjah sustainable city phase 4 solar is incomplete. So be careful if buying a unit in this phase. They have promised to deliver but failed to do so in time.
I would never recommend buying these villas The design is poor and the construction quality is extremely substandard. In less than seven months of living here, we have faced continuous and serious issues, including major water leaks, repeated failures of the AC water tank, and interior cabinets so poorly made that the doors constantly fall off. On top of this, we have been forced to spend no less than 3,000 dirhams every month on repairs just to keep the house livable. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.
A wonderful place to live! The villas are modern and eco-friendly, powered by solar energy. My family enjoys the parks, playgrounds, and jogging tracks, and I love the community’s strong commitment to sustainability.
Very ill mannered behavior of the security gaurds over there. I was with my family and they shouted and behaved very rudely. They need to learn how to treat humans! Never gona visit ever in my life and would not recommend anyone !!! In a country like UAE this was possible i never could have imagined.

The community overall is good but be aware that Phase 4 has no solar implemented yet (still phase 3 is not complete) and this would add additional cost where agents don't tell!

This is an amazing place to live in the UAE for one who likes country living ..slow and peaceful life. It has all aminities and safety measures.
Sharjah Sustainable City is one of the best gated community with all villas suitable for all ranges of people on affordability criteria. Wide roads, children play area, walking & cycling tracks, separate gyms & swimming pools for gents and ladies. All appliances are provided including centralized AC unit, solar panels, dish washer, etc. Very near to Sharjah Airport and located between two major highways (E311 & E611) under Al Rahmania suburb in a very peaceful environment. Rahmania Mall, Al Yasmeen market area and Nurseries are near to the community.
