I am writing to bring urgent attention to a recurring issue at the Binghatti Phoenix JVC entrance. Residents are consistently obstructing the access way to the Melody Villa underground parking access opposite to it. Despite multiple complaints, the individuals involved remain argumentative and dismissive as we have complain in government portal as well. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a recurring issue involving the residents and/or visitors of Bhingatti Phoenix Building. On multiple occasions, vehicles belonging to your building’s residents or visitors have been blocking the parking area and entrance of Melody Villa. This is not an isolated incident — it has happened many times. Each time we have enquired, we were informed that the vehicles were from the same building. Living here is a nightmare. Don't be fooled by the 'luxury' amenities; it is exhausting. We are trapped in noise 24/7: 1. Outside: We are surrounded by 3 active construction sites operating from 7 AM to 10 PM. 2. Inside: The building isn't even fully finished. We hear constant drilling and hammering from unfinished apartments inside the building. The worst part? Binghatti management does not care. Living at Binghatti Phoenix has been extremely distressing due to the constant and unbearable noise. The level of noise pollution is not just inconvenient it is damaging to my mental and emotional health. I am woken up every single day by loud construction drilling and nonstop external noise. It starts early and continues for hours. I wake up in tears almost daily from sleep deprivation and anxiety. Rest is impossible here. We are very far from the dream that was promised in the photos. From the beginning, we have faced constant problems in the apartment: leaks, a broken toilet flush, and ongoing technical issues. On top of that, the fire alarm goes off several times a day for no reason. It even went off in the middle of the night at 3 a.m., which caused a serious stress reaction and made my heart race. The overall quality of the finishes is extremely poor. Everything feels badly done. There are also repeated construction works and renovations happening in the building. The noise is constant. Binghatti Phoenix building is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture and elegant finishes. The handover process was smooth and well-organized, and the staff were extremely helpful and professional throughout. Truly a great experience!
A very nice and elegant building by Binghatti. Double Height, welcoming lobby with world class amenities. Finally the apartment sizes are also quite spacious.
