This is Manhattan’s worst building to live in. I lived in unit 68K. They steal your deposit, and steal your money constantly. I was charged legal fees that were not my responsibility. This is the building’s responsibility lol. The agent was the worst also. Jason Percy is the worst. Everything is 0/10. Just don’t come here.
This is by far the worst “luxury” property I’ve ever lived on, with constant ongoing safety issues. There has been multiple robberies, up to including theft of Rolex watches and Louis Vuitton bags (lawsuit proof below.) Everyday police is called onto the property because of these multiple incidents. Another problem is that there is a YouTuber named Eva Gutowski who constantly causes altercations in the building and the management takes 0 accountability or any sort of legal action for her actions. There are multiple squatters invading multiple homes on the property. Eva had also constantly…
Our stay at One Manhattan Square was a nightmare from start to finish. * The property manager, Dana McFarlane was honestly the most evil person I’ve ever come across in my entire life. She would threaten us with fines and legal fees if she caught us speaking to the front desk staff. She would also call our unit owner constantly or email false reports to push the owner to hate us even while we were paying our rent. Currently, we are suing both Dana and the building for the harassment we experienced and so are many other residents. * Multiple legal issues. The building constantly files…
OMS has the unmatched views and amenities in the LES. We are happy that the building has everything we need to entertain our kids on site. Swimming, basketball, bowling, movie theater and all extra curriculum courses can be easily done on site no matter rain or shine. We also love the LES vibe with the close vicinity to Chinatown. I felt compel to write a review for the building to counter a few negative post. We have been living in the building since pandemic time, and were never been imposed by management or anyone for unnoticed legal fee or whatever fines. Of course, we don't host party in…

One Manhattan Square offers an impressive range of amenities that elevate the luxury living experience. The swimming pool and SPA is well-maintained and spacious, perfect for both relaxation and exercise. The bowling alley adds a unique entertainment option rarely found in residential buildings, while the NBA-standard basketball court is a standout feature for sports enthusiasts. In terms of living standards, the building provides a modern and comfortable environment with high-quality finishes and thoughtful design. Residents enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere, complemented by regular…
Who ever wants to stay here, run. This building looks good on the outside but is so bad on the inside. I lived here for a year and my apartment had constant issues. They charged several thousands with 0 explanation or warning in legal fees also which is unacceptable. The property manager is the worst part of this building. She’s rude, condescending, and very unresponsive. I notice the AC gets water after turning on for a while. Right now my WiFi doesn’t work anymore. Their management team is like nonexistent, so slow and not responsive. Honestly can find better deals or just make your lives…
I've lived at One Manhattan Square for five years, and it's truly been an incredible experience from day one. The views are absolutely unbeatable; every day feels like waking up in a movie, with unobstructed views of both the East and Hudson Rivers, the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn, and Queens. You can even see the ocean from my unit on clear days. No matter the season or time of day, the view never gets old. The amenities are second to none; it honestly feels like living in a five-star resort. The gym, spa, pool, basketball court, golf simulator, movie theater, lounges, and outdoor spaces are…
I just completed two years in this building and it has been the best experience. Very attentive staff to every detail and very well cared for shared places. I especially value the care given to the pool, which is something I enjoy. It is one of my favorite buildings in Manhattan with a great view of the two most famous bridges in NYC.
