I was touring buildings in Tribeca to buy. Went to every luxury high rise and this has to be the worst. Is this an actual scam? The hallways look unfinished and so unrefined. The lobby looks very cookie cutter. The gym looks like an equinox. The units??? Don’t even get me started… the cheapest materials a building could use. The walls & kitchen look so cheap and the ceilings are only 10-11 feet. This is more like a singles haven building… too many one bedrooms here. they were probably trying to compete with 56 Leonard, and Robert AM STERN projects in the neighborhood but there is no…
Beautiful tower to live with an excellent New York City view.
This building doesn't have sufficient flood insurance. Hence, may not able to get the loan from many banks as they don't offer loans under such conditions. Even if you wan to purchase your own flood insurance for unit, many insurance companies don't quote for it given what the building provides. And even if offer to purchase flood insurance covering the unit, banks don't offer loan as the building is not sufficiently covered.
