who in their right mind can give this place 5 or even 4 stars after what horton has done to the values and quality of what could have been a a very decent neiborhood. how ??????????????? let not mention the HOA and one woman in particular
Bought here a year ago , the community is not what they claim . I payed a premium to live on the bike path/ walking path , only to find out the path is used for trucks , maintenance vehicles, cars etc . This starts at 530 am . Do your self a favor, really research before you buy . SINKHOLES ALL OVER , three homes condemned on my block alone . Good luck I hope this helps you before making a Hugh mistake like me .
Lovely neighborhood with beautiful landscapes and friendly people. Clubhouse has a restaurant that is open to the public.

Excellent place but very high HOA fees.
Three stars are given because it is about the average of what different parts of Ocala Preserve earned. The Shea built homes deserve five stars. The quality of the homes are outstanding. The materials and fixtures are what you replace the contractor grade materials found in most homes with. The layouts are open and overall very nice. The club gets three stars as an average. The club itself deserves four and half stars. The employees, the facilities, and scheduled events are nice. Plenty to do to keep you active and they are adding a new activities facility. The restaurant only gets two stars.…
