One of the better condominium in this area Lots of space between blocks Excellent well maintained facilities
Nice condo with multiple swimming pools, condo and karaoke! Didn't observe any smells near the chute area.
Forett at Bukit Timah is an excellent development that is thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The facilities are in great condition and clearly well cared for, making it a pleasant and comfortable place to live. The neighbourhood has a friendly and welcoming community, which adds to the overall sense of ease and security. The condo management deserves special mention. Very peaceful environment with lots of nature in the condo. Even though it's a mid-sized project with over 600 units, the different blocks are not tall and the gap between blocks is decent. It's also very convenient with the complimentary shuttle bus fetching us from the condo to Beauty World MRT even on Saturdays.

Hi Forett, I believe you have a waste disposal issue. I live in Signature Park next door and whenever I walk past in the afternoon, there is a rancid smell of trash emanating from the garbage disposal inside your condo, near the bike racks. This issue affects your residents, neighbours, and potential future buyers! Hope you can find a way to resolve this soon as this has been happening for a while. From your concerned neighbour, Kori.
beautiful condo, well maintained and convenient location.
Really nice pools and quite nice location, just need to walk down the street and there are many places to eat. Also got a bus that u can ride on for free to beauty world.
Very newly completed condo with full facilities. Facilities include many swimming pools with lap pools, very nice gym and common areas. Pick up / drop off point is very welcoming. Located at a quiet part of Upper Bukit Timah area if serenity is your thing. Short bus ride to the lovely cafes and amenities nearby. The bus stop is right outside the condo.
