Cenza Apartments is honestly a beautiful and generally safe place to live. The property is well-maintained, the units are nice, and the community itself is quiet and clean. From that standpoint, I’ve been happy living here. However, the parking situation has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled. Residents are only assigned one parking space, and you’re told there is a “short wait list” for additional parking. I’ve now been on that wait list for over five months with zero movement or updates. As my lease ends after over 2 years of living at CENZA I wanted to say that I had an amazing experience living here. If I could stay here forever I would but I have a far commute now. To highlight I never had an issue with my apartment or neighbors. As someone that has been living in apartments her whole life I can say that no building will ever bee “sound proof” that’s just part of apartment living. I keep to myself living here but once in a while I enjoy having my siblings come by. There is no parking for them to visit at the complex and we all have received citations because you can’t park in the street either & my sister towed due to parking. I didn’t think that would be a problem. If you want additional parking it’s 150. If you want your own spot it’s 150$. I was placed on a wait list and was never contacted again for an extra spot. I was charged for my apt to be unlocked 100$ and I had my parking sensor replaced so another 75$. I live on the 2nd floor but forced to park on the 7th.…
I’ve been living here for about a month now and honestly aside from the apartment, community, and amenities, my experience here has been awful, mostly because the lack of parking that the apartment has is a nightmare. When we signed the lease, we were hopeful for getting another parking spot and were told we’d be put on the “waitlist.” They are conducting a parking audit that was supposedly to be completed by the first couple weeks of October. However, we are nearing the end of the month and management has made no progress or sent out any communication updates of the status of this waitlist.…

I honestly feel so lucky to live here. Charlene has been amazing since day one. She’s always friendly, helpful, and super quick to respond whenever I have a question or concern. Marlene, the manager, is just as wonderful and truly dedicated to the residents and the community. You can tell she really cares about keeping everything running smoothly. Everyone here, including staff and maintenance is so friendly responsive and on top of things, which makes such a difference. I’ve been so happy living here that I didn’t even think twice about renewing my lease!
I have lived at Cenza for a little over a year and excited to say that I am finally leaving. Initially I wrote out my full review but I can't really say it any better than 'Giga Juice' or 'Jaekyung Jenny Lee.' Take a look at their reviews. I second everything they have written. What I do have to add, though, is to be careful with Cenza reviews. A lot of their reviews are '5-star' yet come from either vendors or people who have simply toured the apartment without living here. I recently had the pleasure of teaching a succulent pumpkin workshop at Jefferson Cenza, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The space was beautiful and welcoming, making it the perfect setting for a creative, hands-on event. Special shout-out to Alex and Holden, who were absolutely fantastic. Even before I arrived, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I have lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease. I have had a very pleasant experience living here. Mostly quiet and peaceful. Walls between units are super thick, I’ve never heard a peep from neighbors next door minus the occasional footsteps from the neighbors above, which is no big deal to me. The amenities are amazing and the newness of the building made renewing the lease an easy choice, especially when comparing apartments at a similar price point in the area.
