Over half of the parking spaces sit empty each night. I visited for 3 nights and they gave my car a $150 ticket. They say the spots are for visitors then get made when you actually have visitors and use them
Good square footage for the money, decent location. The high fence and gated entry keep everything safe. The HOA is a straight up nightmare and a lot of the people that live here are weird and rude. The build quality is very bad, landscaping in poor condition. The garages are not large and they charge $100 a month to rent an uncovered parking spot from the HOA. They hound you over guest parking, gave me a $150 fine because I have my girlfriend park in the abundant visitor parking spots instead of on a ghetto street outside the gate. I would look elsewhere to rent and I sure as hell would not…

Skybridge Lofts has been a good place to live in South Austin. The townhomes are well-designed with a practical layout, and the modern finishes are a nice touch. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are convenient, and the green areas add a pleasant spot for relaxing and my favorite part is the trail, which I run often. The location is also a plus—it’s close to shops, restaurants, and quick access to i35, but still feels relatively quiet. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-maintained community that has worked well for me.

Very nice complex ! Location great. Great HOA Management. Pool, Gym and grills also trail for walking. Garage in each condo. Great amenities . Lock and leve complex. We have lived for 4 years . Really like it!
I have lived here for 18 months with absolutely 0 issues. Great people, a sense of security with front gate/garage. Friendly neighbors… I have not seen any structural issues, mold, etc. The biggest pro is I haven’t heard my neighbors once, very good walls=no noise complaints. 10/10 recommend
Lived here for over five years and realized some of the names leaving the negative reviews are not even familiar. Also, interesting to see someone living outside of the property leave a low rating. Walking trail, pool, gym, grilling stations are some of the perks of the community. We haven’t had any leaks, molds or plumbing issues at our unit. The best part of this property is its location. As with all communities, problems are voiced and seem to be handled. If there are communities with zero issues, would love to hear about those unicorns.
"Close enough to be a star, far away enough to still see them". This community rocks. All of the amenities have made this place very enjoyable to live, especially during the pandemic. We have 2 dog parks, a resort style pool, a 2 story gym, and a 1/2 mile walking trail. The newly hired management company has been responsive and making improvements every week!
