I recently toured Alton Osprey and was very impressed. The community was extremely clean and had a beautiful, resort like atmosphere. The leasing staff were welcoming, professional, and very informative throughout the tour. I am searching for an apartment for my move in December and this community felt like the perfect place.
This place is just okay.. The office staff changes monthly. They are very blah. They have not hosted any events for the community since opening. They are horrible at communicating with the tenants. Since moving in, they have lost all of our security deposit checks, and we all had to get new checks. Some of us had to resign our leases, as they did not have the originals we signed. The firepit NEVER works. Its comical. There has been equipment in the gym that has been broke for over a month. Some days we set our trash out and it is never picked up. Things that need fixing or patch work has…
We toured the Alton in Osprey with Samantha, and she was incredible! She took so much time to show us many different options. We ended up renting a house nearby that better fit our situation, but we toured so many apartments in Sarasota and Osprey, and this one is truly a gem. I would strongly recommend giving this place a tour. If you get lucky, you’ll get Samantha. She was kind, professional, and took so much time to inform us of all our options. The amenities are beautiful, and it’s a great location.
Professional, clean, beautiful. Amenities are perfect for the resort feel. The floor plans are great. I love the island and stainless steel appliances. Need a place to live check out Alton Osprey Apartments.

The apartment is spacious with wonderful natural lighting, and the facilities are excellent. Jordan and Tina are so welcoming and always quick to help with anything I need, which has made both move-in and everyday living a great experience. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
I was AMAZED by the beauty, cleanliness, and quality of the Alton Osprey property upon arrival for my tour. I ended up applying for an apartment right away. Jordan was so wonderful, patient, and cooperative, and made the application process as smooth as possible. I'm so thankful to have discovered Alton Osprey and very soon, call it home.
Alton Osprey is absolutely beautiful and stands apart from the rest. The apartments have super high end kitchens and interior finishes more like a luxury condo, and the amenities are lovely. Staff is super nice and accommodating. I love how close it is to the beach, dog park, Legacy Trail, and Sarasota and that there are shops and restaurants right next door. 10/10 recommend!
I absolutely loved the floor plans and amenities! Alton Osprey offers so much! To top it off, Jordan gave a great tour - she’s so personable! She answered all of questions with ease. We loved the proximity to great schools and Sarasota but ultimately we will be settling in Tampa from out of state. I will still recommend my friends and family to check out this property.
