The building management here is extremely poor. One of the biggest issues is the parking situation. Non-residents constantly sneak in and take parking spots by waiting outside the gate and rushing in as soon as a car leaves. Many times, I’ve come home to find my assigned spot occupied by strangers. Imagine paying for parking but having nowhere to park — forced to either leave your car on the street or take someone else’s spot, which only creates more conflict. If you’re thinking of moving here — say goodbye to your peace and quiet. This building is incredibly noisy, almost every single day. You’ll be woken up around 6 or 7 a.m. by loud noises, shouting, or construction sounds. This Saturday, we were woken up at 7 a.m. by the loud noise of their construction machines.— and this is supposed to be the weekend! To make matters worse, they’re now planning to start building another tower next year, which means it’s only going to get worse. A great new neighborhood with tons of amenities and great views of the Jacques-Cartier bridge.
One of the residents in this building has installed a flashing LED strip that constantly changes colors at a rapid pace. It’s extremely disruptive, especially in the evening, and can be seen clearly from across the street. I tried to signal them with a laser pointer to let them know it was disturbing, but they left it on without concern. It’s really unfortunate when people show zero consideration for their neighbors, especially in a city where many of us live alone and our homes should feel peaceful. Ouf, they built such low quality to match the neighborhood, literally the only positive thing to say is there's a nice view of the bridge. These developments serve nothing but to provide shoeboxes to people who are desperate to live somewhere - shame on developers who are just in it for $$$
The construction office is very bad. They are very rude. I wanted to rent an apartment, but the employee was not polite in dealing with me. She even hung up the phone before the end of the conversation with her.
Appartement looks good from the outside, but neighborhood is very poor and lacking in resources; reasons for the appartement being robbed, mail box of the building being crack open, mail being stolen, homeless people breaking in and staying in corridors / staying there yelling at night in the common entrance, breaking stuff in common area. Why pay high end prices for low quality privacy (always under construction, constant noise) and no real security against theift. Such a disappointment!! -No access to the terraces for months as they were locked. It took several calls for Solution to finally send someone -As of today (July 2nd 2023) Pool is still not ready to be used which is completely unacceptable! The whole pool system including cleaning and heating doesn’t work, it’s filthy water that we are looking at! -Basic "borderline cheap" outdoor furniture, "fireplace" isn’t working either.
