Great looking homes with nice floor plans but horrible decision just to offer laminate wood flooring.

First time home buyer. They were a great help every step of the way.

I never went there in person but I have to tell you that they are the only people who kept in touch with me about new lot openings and gave updates on when there is one available in these crazy times. Mireya was the sales agent I was working with. Unlike a lot of agents in other communities, she was prompt in giving updates and kept in touch and even facetimed and showed us the model home since we live in Michigan and could not visit there. I wish I could give 10 stars! I went in about to give up looking for a Home until next year. I arrived late knowing it would Probably be closed and was pleasantly surprised to see someone still in. I was greeted by Brandy and even though it was closing she jumped into gear and with no hesitation showed me the home I wanted to see. She did not rush me and I told her I would be back a a day later to show my husband. When we arrived she was ready to go and even prepared with numbers for my hubby who is huge in seeing breakdowns.
