Rijas is one of worst developer here. They have sold same apartment multiple number of times in this project. The project was supposed to be delivered in 2018 has only reached parking level till now. Not sure where investors hard earned money is going

- I find this project interesting and effective because Dusit Rijas Princess is being constructing at the centre of Dubai with good infrastructure not far from the beautiful sights. It can be a good investment in future. Hopefully it wil be finished in December 2025 as planned.

Excellent project with post delivery payment plan along with hotel management in place to guarantee minimum 8% roi. Post handover plan can be 0.5% per month, which is perfect for me as well some units come with private swimming pool and garden. 18m swimming pool and hotel amenities. All that in highly developed area of JVC, near mall.
