Menya Shishido Black Garlic Jiro Ramen is on another level😋 The broth is incredibly rich and smoky, with that deep black garlic oil providing an intense flavor profile that hits all the right spots. Returned for the Ramen. I ordered Kuro (black garlic oil) Ramen. Thick pork bone broth, not too salty, ramen noodle is springy, pork is fresh and tender, egg is perfectly cooked. A lot of condiments on table to add into your bowl of ramen. Personally suggest you to add minced marinated garlic, it elevates the flavour of the soup Do take a small effort to get their lifetime VIP for free add-ons. Beverage slightly expensive. Overall good ramen, will return to settle crave for ramen.

Came here for ramen in the middle of the day as the visuals on the outside looked really enticing. The service staff were very friendly and quick. Redeemed my birthday ramen for free here! Simply show your IC to the staff to order it for free 🥳 It tastes the same as the old Gasket Alley branch. If you are first timer, must try the yakibuta ramen here, it will blow your mind 🤯 Yakibuta is so flavorful, and god I crave for it so much! 🤤🤤 The onsen egg is so perfect, mmm the perfect leaky egg yolk 🍳 inside the half-boild egg !😋 Food portion is big too, so no need rush to order extra noodles~ Got my Shishido VIP card, definitely will revisit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Sunday dinner time quite full and have to wait for the table. Ordering system is self service by using the iPad provided. I found the system is not so user friendly compare to the system from others restaurant. Food is good, fair portion. Just that the ramen meat a bit thin and small. I like the different type of sauce , seasoning and pickles that prepare for each table which you can add in if you want

This Japanese restaurant serves very authentic ramen in good savoury broth. Tried their black garlic YakiButa Ramen which tastes very authentic, good flavour broth, & springy ramen texture. Will definitely return again.

This place serves tasty Japanese-style tonkotsu ramen. There are other ramen shops in Lalaport BBCC, but this one offers the best balance of flavor and price. It’s not exactly the same as ramen in Japan—it feels slightly localized for Malaysia—so opinions may vary among Japanese visitors. We had a great time during dinner here after the bon ondori fest on 26 July 2025. Not too long wait time and order via their table pad. Not too sure how to order, their waitress was helpful in guiding us through the menu items. What we ordered were tasteful and broth were to individual liking.
