This has been the best move-in experience I have ever had with any apartment home I have moved into in Austin. I have lived in a lot of cities and this has been one of the best experiences from the staff being so accommodating and also just being so nice. Huge shout out to Melissa for all the help and being such a gem! Great location with some many things in walking distance to the community that truly makes it feel like more of a downtown neighborhood without the hustle and bustle.
My wife and I are looking forward to moving in. The property is nice. Johnte was excellent during the tour and has been excellent during our lease experience. Very responsive, professional, and courteous. He gives us confidence that the property is well-managed. He made such a great impression, in fact, that we changed our minds from another location.
I would have given this a 4–5 star rating, but recently someone moved into the unit above mine, and I can literally hear every footstep-even in the middle of the night sometimes. I am not exaggerating. I wish I had known this sooner, I would have chosen a top floor unit. I regret it and will have to live with it until the end of my lease. That said, the staff and amenities are great, and if noise from the unit above doesn’t bother you, I still recommend it.
Shoutout to our leasing agent Johnte and his help with showing us the beautiful unit! That level of communication made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Johnte was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. What impressed us even more was how seamlessly he arranged and managed everything during the busy holiday season. Despite limited availability and the added challenges that come with holidays, Johnte stayed organized, proactive, and fully committed to making sure everything was completed on time.…

The staff is friendly and the layout is great. It's also a new build. They do sweet community events. The cons for me have been that they are massively monopolisticly price gouging on electricity for charging an electric car. I do not recommend living here if you own one. The markup is 400% on overnight charging which feels like robbery where they should try to keep prices as low as possible as a utility. The highest prices I have ever seen in years or charging and management hasn't addressed concerns. The halls have also never once cleared since they opened and it's starting to build up bad
First one leaving a review on this complex! Amazing units, very spacious for the 1 bedrooms! Leasing agent Melissa was kind and sweet and answered all of my questions. Will more than likely apply to live here, very open-air hallways, definitely a complex where you won’t feel trapped in.
I’m not a pessimist, but I will say this world could benefit from more kind people. That’s why I feel so compelled to share my experience living at The St. George — because kindness is exactly what sets this place apart. I’ve only had one other experience with an apartment complex, and it wasn’t great. It was small (maybe 30 units), but getting in touch with the leasing office or maintenance felt nearly impossible. Our washer and dryer were constantly broken, and no one ever responded when I requested help — even when I asked countless times. I’m a very understanding person, and I know people…
Love the natural light here, every corridor has a great view and the floor plan layouts are spacious and comfortable. Staff is super sweet! Definitely recommend checking out.
