The construction is TERRIBLE. Yes, the views can be amazing, depending on which unit you get, but the building is constructed by people who don't know what they're doing. This building is not even fully complete, but there are finishes that are already falling apart, like the trimmings on the ceiling and around the door, also the fan in the bathroom. The soap and towel holders are missing the bolts to hold them from sliding out of the wall mount. The painting was done poorly so you can see splatters of paint where there should be a separation between the wall and ceiling. When I stayed here,…
This hotel is honestly a joke. I asked for extra towels because my baby sister needed them, and the staff straight up told me they can’t give me any without even giving a proper reason. No explanation, no effort, just a flat-out “no.” On top of that, the noise here is ridiculous loud music blasting like it’s a nightclub, making it impossible to rest. If this is how they treat guests with basic requests and zero peace and quiet, I can’t imagine what else they cut corners on. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
At the hotel, we were greeted by very polite staff who showed us friendliness and hospitality. During our stay, all issues were resolved promptly, and the administration was accommodating, helping us address any minor difficulties.
The location is great . However the services sucks . Once you are checked in , you are on your own if your stay is short like 3 Nights . No housekeeping services are available , no support from main desk / reception , No amenities in such a huge set up , Basic amenities like Restaurants , Gym , Sauna , Pool , are all missing. Staff is not tourist friendly ,.I booked a Junior Suite which could accomodate 6 adults , and to my surprise there is only 1 bathroom ??

reception staff operate very slowly. The AC in our room didn't work. there was very high humidity so we weren't able to stay in our room for a long time. There was also a black mold in the bathroom. But the most horrible thing was the noise in the sewer during the rain: we could barely sleep. The only thing i liked was the view from the balcony.
Bad bad services. Scammers double price and leave you stranded. Thinking you have no options. If you have problems with room that you book on bokking.com they just say they don’t worry about booking.com rules and if you don’t want to pay double then the original price they say goodbye to you.
It was a great place for us to stay , until they banned delivery to door. I can’t imagine what could’ve provoked such decision, as the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant to deliver from. Know that if you want to have food delivered to you , you now have to come down outside to collect it. Even if you’re sick like I was when they forced me to spread germs , instead of letting the drivers leave food at door as I asked. Overall , great place but very bad management.
We have stayed at this wonderful Apartment Hotel for a long term rental and we have been very happy here. We can highly recommend staying here. Our fully furnished one bedroom apartment with balcony had an outstanding view of the green park on the New Boulevard and the Black Sea. The king sized bed is very comfortable, and blackout curtains are a relief for light sleepers, with AC/heating in both the living room and the bedroom. There's plenty of wardrobe, and storage space, with a fully equipped kitchen, good counter space, including microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom…
