  • My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Makkah was excellent. The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, reflecting high housekeeping standards. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed Okasha for his kindness and attentiveness. He showed genuine care toward my mother throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. His professionalism and compassion truly made a difference. Highly recommended.
  • Amazing stay at Courtyard by Marriott Makkah. Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and very friendly staff. Everything was well organized and made the stay peaceful and enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing alot of different choices and most of them are great, just one thing the orange juice was bad, I hope they fix that. But other than that everything was fine. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
  • The hotel was absolutely wonderful. They kindly provided us with an early check-in at 8:00 AM, which was a huge relief after our journey. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us to have breakfast on the same day, as we had an early check-out on our last day and would have missed it otherwise. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel also has a nice café, a gym, and a prayer room, all of which are clean and comfortable. Shuttle buses are available…
  • had a wonderful stay and would like to sincerely thank the management and team for the excellent hospitality extended to me and my family. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The room was in perfect condition, fully operational, and very comfortable throughout our stay. After a long 10-hour drive, the welcome fruit basket and Arabic coffee were a truly thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The Front Office and Guest Services team were exceptional, Mashallah. I was contacted at least twice a day to check on my comfort and to ensure…

  • It was a brilliant stay at this hotel during our Umrah trip. Firstly we were welcomed with a smile by the front desk staff and allowed to check in early which was a massive relief as we were very tired. The hotels staff are outstanding a special mention to Alfaj who is an asset to this hotel who always helped us with all our queries. The hotel is located in a straight path to the Haram but to walk it would take around 25-30mins but coming back it would be a walk up the hill. But they have a really good shuttle service and in all the 8 days we were there we used this service on the way to the…
  • My parents and I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and overall it was a very good experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, from reception to the restaurant team, concierge, and housekeeping. Everyone was helpful and made our stay very easy and comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the facilities such as the prayer room and gym were well maintained. We had booked breakfast, which was above average, very tasty, and offered a good variety with something for everyone. The only downside is the location, as the hotel is a bit far from the Haram. Although a…
  • Good stay overallOverall, we had a good experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, the distance to Makkah was not as close as mentioned on the website, and the shuttle bus was not always on time or available.Still, a pleasant stay overall. Rating: 4/5
  • We checked into your hotel on the evening of December 14. We had a confirmed reservation for two guests in a king-size room; however, we were assigned a room intended for four people, which we were told was provided as a so-called “upgrade.” Despite this claim, the room did not meet acceptable standards. Upon entering the room, we discovered small insects inside the wardrobe, which was highly concerning and unacceptable.|When we contacted the reception to request the room we had originally reserved, we were informed that if we wished to stay in the room we had booked, we would be required to…
