Worst condo in University Belt. I stayed here for a year and didn’t come back. I didn’t renew my contract. There are three elevators, one elevator is useless and don’t work 80% of the time, hence punuan lagi kapag bababa. Imagine 37 floors and only two working elevators? Good gracious. Would take 30 mins (or an hour!) bago makababa 🫤Also paunahan pagreserve sa amenities. You need to reserve every 4AM to use the amenities! [Lived here for a year] Worst experience by FAR! If you’re a student looking for a dorm— listen to the reviews, NOT HERE. - Elevators are ALWAYS under maintenance. Sometimes would last from days to weeks. Worst if you’re living on a higher floor, I experienced having seen people carry their luggage from 30th floor all the way down to the lobby as there aren’t any working elev. - Most (not all) of the staff/ guards are unaccommodating and rude. - They have a list of rules in which they change often (at least during my time) without informing tenants. I lived at Vista Residences for about 5-6 months, and it was a nightmare. The building's security personnel and management are incredibly rude and disrespectful. Every single week without fail, we had elevator issues. They never turned on the air conditioning in the gym, despite my numerous complaints. I brought this issue up countless times, yet they did absolutely nothing to resolve it. Every single day, there was a line in front of the elevator. The swimming pool was always filthy. Location is a plus at best. Services and service staff needs a lot of improvements. Amenities needs a lot of processes for permission, staff are often times unreliables, elevators despite being functional takes a lot of time and usually creates a long queue especially during rush hours.

- guards are inconsiderate and arrogant (mostly the younger ones) - line to elevator is sooo long and takes so much time. 1/3 elevators usually break/under maintenance and the line reaches OUTSIDE the building (even spirals around the lobby, THEN outside). - So many times did I have to wait for nearly AN HOUR just to go up/down. - Visitors until 6pm lang, daig pa hospital. Friendly staff, clean amenities but overall, this condo needs more work. NONE of the amenities have free wifi, including the study hall which doesn't make sense considering it's supposed to be a room for studying. The building only has THREE elevators so it will really test everyone's patience especially during rush hours. Worst service. Better buy or rent some other condo. Elevator is the worst, for the high rise building with only 3 Elevator which is hardly all 3 in service or available. Queues for using it until outside. Took them forever to repair it. Toilet in the lobby is also out of operation. Leaking ceiling in the lobby. Lobby/waiting area too small to less seats for so many people in the area. You have to stay awake till to and after midnight just to get a pass to use any amenities for the next day. But they keep charging or very strict for payments assoc dues and all. Double standards at its best.…
Good and clean amenities, but the elevator system is REALLY inconvenient and it gets crowded especially on busy hours. Would take you a very long time waiting in queue for an elevator to be available.
