The management team and the location create a welcoming atmosphere. Deirdre and Stephen set a consistent tone that is warm, friendly, and hospitable. The extended team also contributes to this environment: Zach, who works at the front desk, is a friendly face known for his hard work and gracious demeanor. Hugo is always nice and keeps both the apartments and common areas in excellent shape with a smile. Wow. I can’t say enough good things about living here. Living at Gables Seaport is truly an elevated experience. The amenities are top notch and well kept. The concierge are helpful and courteous. And the maintenance team are super responsive. One time, my AC compressor went out, and they replaced the whole AC unit in under an hour! The location is amazingly convenient – very walkable to all Seaport has to offer. And it’s right on the WTC silver line stop which makes getting to broader Boston and the airport a breeze. Gables Seaport has been so good to me. I have been living here since June and I have to say it has been my favorite. They have all the amenties you could think of from a fitness area, lounges, and a pool area for the summer with grills. I have nothing but good things to say. I would recommend Gables to all my family and friends.
This is the second Gables property we've lived in and they are a fantastic landlord. But more importantly the staff they hire are the best. The team in Boston really make you feel at home.

We love living here. The building is beautiful but it's the staff that makes this place feel like home. All the people who work here are friendly and kind. We never have an issue with getting repairs done in a timely manner. Actually, I am pleasantly surprised at how quickly a maintenance request is fulfilled. Hugo stopped by to fix something for me this morning. He was quick and super friendly.
We searched and searched and searched for the right building, moving from Houston to Boston. We realized we had found it not just when we saw the unit and amenities, but when we met the leasing agent, Steve Salazar. We were in the process of selling our house, which took MONTHS, and Steve kept checking in (without being overbearing) to let us know he would work with us to ensure we could get a unit in the building. Home away from home. There is so much to do within walking distance, all you have to do is pick an exit and walk any direction. The views are beautiful and the properly itself offers a lot of a great gym, outdoor area on the 3rd level. Grills and sitting areas for dining outside and some other outside areas tucked away in the cut. The swimming pool is nice and there’s a working area, lounge and hangout area, and place to just sit and think about and do absolutely nothing. This is the place to live in Boston. Seaport one of the best place to reside! Great management, attentive concierges, spacious quiet appts, very close to all highways! Prices are reasonable as well! So recommend to all my colleagues!
