The building team at the Essex is world class. Everyone is both professionally and personally standup. We love Quetcy, Angel, Chris, Louis, Vinny, Blake… They’re all great people, and we feel lucky to see them daily as part of our lives. The maintenance team always do a great job keeping up the building. My only wish was the building owners update the elevator paneling, but the location and amenities of the building are amazing. Great building.
Love this building so much. The whole team is so welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Quetcy, Chris, Angel, and all the friendly faces (working tirelessly day and night!) for making the Essex feel like home.
This building has one of the best views of the city! Love the team that works here, from concierges and porters to repairmen. They are always so attentive & helpful.
I’ve had an amazing experience living here. The staff, from maintenance and porters to the concierge, are always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything. They go out of their way to make sure residents are comfortable and taken care of. The whole team creates a welcoming environment that really makes this place feel like home.

I’ve had an excellent experience living here. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, which makes it feel at home. The team at the Essex is friendly, professional, and responsive for any questions or concerns. I also appreciate the little things they do to keep the building looking nice and welcoming, from the common areas, amenities, to the hallways!
I strongly recommend this building—it’s really well maintained, with great security and an outstanding concierge team. Angel Cortes, Quetcy Ramirez, and Christopher Jenkins are always helpful and professional. Blake handles all repairs efficiently, and the porters consistently keep everything in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Fantastic building to live in. Every single staff is amazing, and essential in keeping the premises clean, well-maintained, and safe. Thankful to have such an amazing and hardworking crew! :)
We love Quetcy! She is so helpful and the coolest. Honestly everyone is so sweet and caring, including Angel and Chris.
