Statesman has been great to deal with. They have built a true gem. It's been a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality condo with large, one-level living.
It’s a pleasure selling suites at a building that is truly stunning and that is built so well (steel + concrete). I’ve moved in so many happy clients that rave about their new home and the community feel. Come and see for yourself!
Our experience has been 100% positive. We love the location, our unit and definitely the wonderful views- particularly the vivid sunrises. We’ve met very friendly people and feel very much at home here. It’s a decision which has been so very positive in all aspects. Very glad to call The Views home
We have lived at The Views for 2 years and have enjoyed it here very much. This well cared for building is beautiful with amazing views and we have appreciated that we can lock and leave without any concerns. The gym and golf simulator can keep you active especially through the winter. The building is conveniently located in Cougar Ridge, close to shops and services, walking paths and parks.
