Very nice community. But entrances are bit tricky. They have common pool n gym. But great place for pet walk n kids
Relatively small community with close proximity to Festival Plaza. Small playground and common pool included.
I like that complex, villas, so beautiful a lot of nature, clean place, expensive cars, only sometimes not have space for parking
Best community to live in Dubai. It is very close to Sheikh Zayed road.. Mosque, Church and Temple & shopping mall are very close to the community. For grocery Lulu supermarket is just walking distance or 5 min drive..

Very well Planned and designed cluster of houses. No clutter but we'll spread villas, pleasing to the eye. Spacious and compact layout within.
Very poor management from al wasl , horrible customer service, no head offices to discuss issues with them. Never reply to emails. Deposit money has not been returned by them since over 6 month , due to their own mistakes. Approval for changes given and then kept the deposit money saying approval was not given , even after contacting them with proof of email from their behalf , no response after . Villa 28 is being used as construction site office for AMANA STEEL , with unprofessional staff who don’t wear mask, pollute the community and no efforts to improve after month of debate with them.…
Great location - close to Sheikh zayed road, festival plaza, IBN batuta, etc. Gardenia townhomes have one of the best layouts in the city and amazing society.. Great place to live in!!
It is a community with neighbors that will be there for you. Ask a question and get 5 neighbors answering you in a minute. The townhouses layouts are the best, very spacious, airy, and you get sunlight in all the rooms as the windows are ceiling to floor. I love being in Gardenia and wouldn't choose any other community.
