I used to live here and while the apartment was fine, I called today and was met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had a package mistakenly delivered there, as I lived there not long ago, and called the front office to ask if a package had been turned in or if they could contact the tenants for me. The woman on the phone was incredibly condescending and rude. She was nearly laughing at me for asking for any sort of help and said “that wasn’t her job.” I asked, “well what is your job?” and she had no answer for me, which leads me to think her job is to say no to…
I loved living here! The apartment was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. The management team was always professional and easy to reach. They always answered the phone and made sure maintenance requests were handled quickly. Everything was done fast and efficiently. I had a great experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!
I love this property! Lived here for three years. Never any problems with neighbors. Everyone is so friendly - but not nosey! Fantastic pool setting with fireplace and a large TV screen. Marissa in the office has her pulse on the community and always offers a friendly waive when passing through. Maintenance staff is great - if you ever need them. You will feel at home here. 10 out of 10!
I have really enjoyed my last year living here at The Logan At Ellsworth.. I enjoyed the staff, Marisa and Travis and the Management Shawnelle. They were very friendly and professional. The grounds were always sparkling clean! I loved the pool and doing my water exercises. The landscaping keeps the grounds and our private yards immaculate. Management is quick to respond to all my needs! You can even do your walks in the property and all the bushes, trees and flowers are so pretty and well maintained. I have been living at The Logan at Ellsworth for over 3 years. I feel confident that any concerns that may arise, the office staff Shawnelle and Marisa can quickly kindly and professionally address. (Marisa is my favorite person ever.) The maintenance team Travis and Bill are always friendly, and are quick to fix anything that needs to be repaired and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied in my home. I have been living at the Logan‘s a little over two years. From the very beginning when I started living here I loved it. Throughout my two years here this is honestly been the best place I’ve ever lived. I’ve lived in many different apartments and many different places. The girls in the front office Marissa, and Shawnelle are amazing. They’re always very sweet and very helpful with anything you need. I love these girls. I stopped into Christopher Todd Communities, located on Ellsworth and University in Mesa AZ to get some ideas for a friend. Destiny greeted me and was so informative, helpful and friendly. She showed me around and told me all about the place. She made me feel very welcome. I was absolutely astonished at how beautiful the apartments are! They are so roomy and spacious and modern.
