A lovely place to call home. The building is well developed with high quality finishing. Amenities include gym, pool, sauna, and a jogging track. Everyone from the maintenance team (Mr. Bilal, Engineer Mohammed and his team) to the security (Liton and Abhishek) are caring and fast in action. Both the building and neighborhood is family-friendly which is a big plus. Quiet area with supermarkets, barber shop, cafeterias, and mosque nearby. Five minutes drive to Dubai Silicon Oasis, 5 minutes to Dubai Outlet Mall, and 15-20 minutes easy highway connectivity to downtown and other parts of Dubai.
At night, the outside is so brightly lit sunglasses are needed. I wonder how much electricity it wastes unnecessarily?
High quality building, great material and management, the location is very good , 15mn - 20mn to downtown dubai and airport very easy access, amenities are great!
Wonderful project delivered by Symbolic Team The building looks a shining marvel in Liwan area

Avoid at all costs. Disgraceful. We signed the lease for an apartment and the landlord informed Symbolic Alfa’s management. Yet, one of their staff members verbally harassed my brother while he was moving in speaking to him with arrogance, aggression, and total disrespect, even though his colleague had already seen as there the day before. It was humiliating and completely unjustified. This is not how you treat residents or even guests. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. We are forced to stay for now because the contract is signed, but we will move out as soon as possible.
Nice project. Speedy construction with good materials. Luxury building
