I honestly love living here. It’s been 2.5 years now and I love the fact that the residential team and management have maintained their integrity and property management. If I ever have an issue… they fix it right away. No hesitation. The privacy and care for me has been unmatched. I never been in an apartment complex that really felt like a community. Hello Nia here I stay here all the time when I come to Atlanta the last time staying here the concierge lady brown skin shoulder length hair and kind of heavyset(not being discriminatory just don’t know her name) mind you I’m very respectful to the team as u stay here alot and I also spend a lot of money with sentral but the lady just was blowing me and my concerns off didn’t want to give a helping hand just kept saying she doesn’t know sorry instead of trying to get to a solution on the other hand ANGELA IS GREAT! I’ve been asking for a solution to the issues for 36 hours but the manager does not seem to care…the whole place smells like ozone and cigarettes. There are stains and burns on the floor next to the bed. There’s no handle on the shower door. The baseboards under the counter are laying on the floor…the room is not AT ALL what I booked. This was a SCAM!
The room was nice. The staff + hidden fees are why I’m giving 2 stars. I got a run around checking in. I was told I could check in early when I spoke to the concierge the day before. They never mentioned a $45 early check in fee until I arrived. There was also a $25 parking fee that wasn’t disclosed. Fine. I paid both fees. I was then given inaccurate information on how to access my room. Sent to the wrong part of the building and then had to trace where my room truly was. Sentral is one of the nicest communities on the block, but one of the worst. I am a 4 year resident. The noise is constant. The train, the airbnb guests, the club, the cars driving by, very thin walls. The leasing team is non responsive and inconsistent in what they tell you. The only saving grace is the concierge team. They’re all kind, attentive, and fun to talk to. There is a $190 experience living fee attached to your monthly costs. The mail delivery service is nonexistent. They have 12 weeks free right now as residents are leaving quick, fast, and in a hurry. That’s an indication of the…
I have lived at the Sentral for a little less than two years, I broke my lease 3 months ago as the new management is horrible at best. While the building is beautiful and the apartments are beyond cozy, the building is mismanaged which bring the overall experience to a ZERO (I wish that was an option here on Google). I truly enjoy living at Sentral. The amenities and location are everything I’ve looked for in an apartment. The view from my unit is insane, you can’t get it anywhere else. You have to fob in multiple times to get to the units so it feels safe. The staff at the front desk are second to none. They’ve remembered me on a first name basis since I moved in and are so quick to help with anything I need, quite literally 24/7. Greylon especially is beyond helpful and always has a smile on. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our time here. The location is very nice, and close by restaurants and supermarkets. The Nail Spa close by was very nice too, we loved it - walking distance. The apartment was very top tier, clean, and I loved the layout. The pool was very nice and fun too! I can’t wait to book another stay here. 🌟
