I visited Sentosa Riverview to get guidance on pricing, amenities, and to find the best option for me and my family. From the moment we arrived, I was absolutely fascinated by the property. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. The staff was extremely attentive, especially Sherlie Ayala, who was kind, professional, and patient, answering all of my questions and making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. We have been living here for a few months and really love how calm and welcoming the area is. They have fixed up property problems ahead of time which was refreshing to see. They have a lot of sidewalks and green spaces to walk around in. It’s clean and a good apartment complex with a good maintenance team and office staff.
Honestly best apartment, the application process was pretty fast compared to other’s apartment, the communication the office have is amazing the day I was supposed the moved the system went down and it was going to affect my moving process but the office work hard for us to move the day they promised us, now the apartment is beautiful! Big and clean the neighbors are quiet and nice hard to believe I’m staying in an apartment complex, the complex is also very clean thing that you don’t see everyday I don’t have anything bad to say, thank you again to the amazing ladies in the office they keep…
Okay this place might actually have the worst management. They decided to re-paint the whole parking lot right before the holidays and extend it to the 23rd of December. How am I supposed to bring in my groceries and gifts for my children when you make it borderline impossible to even get to my apartment, Sole? Not to mention that they towed resident vehicles. I sure hope you are paying those bills, Sole. Next year please plan things better. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 min to get into the complex because you planned your parking phases poorly. Especially not when it’s the stressful holiday…

I’ve had such a great experience living at Sole at Brandon for the past two years. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their residents—especially Concetta, the community manager, and Medy in the front office. Maintenance is always quick to help, and the community is clean, quiet, and very well-kept. It’s been such a comfortable place to call home. Highly recommend!
This apartment complex and especially the leasing agents have been such a blessing! Beautiful and clean location just enough away from the highway but also close enough to town. Smoke-free and well maintained community. 24-7 gym access is a huge plus! Clubhouse (picture below) that has a reading nook, pool table and several other things, and dog washing room. Moving to Sole at Brandon was an excellent decision. The office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Medy for her outstanding support throughout the entire leasing process. The apartments offer exceptional value for the price. We particularly love our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit, which includes a convenient half-bath for guests. we just moved in a week ago and we are so happy with our experience so far! very minor fixes needed in the apartment but they were noted and fixed right away. Medy at the front desk is very professional and helpful! would recommend to anyone :)
