Nice Tower but just know you cannot sit on the open public space benches with a beverage like cold coffee even though the sign doesn’t mention it ( it just mentions no smoking) and I was told to move and leave.
Cool building. Nice lobby. Has 2 garden levels, a mezzanine to chill and chat, and a gym. Outdoor area is shaded and have huge cooling fans.
I am in search of office space for my business, wanted to take a look at the vibes of the lobby. I walked into the lobby at around 3:05pm on 10 July 2025, only to be questioned and stopped by the security saying we are not allowed to be there without permission from management of Keppel South Central. Told me to google them and request proper permits before I can even step foot in the lobby. Even my previous office in One Raffles Quay did not treat the public / my guests with such absurd requests. Clients can wait for me at ORQ lobby without being questioned like a criminal. Lost all interest…

New building in the heart of town. Yet to step inside
New building beside Onze building. Looks like there may be new retail or even fnb to look out for.
Beautiful building with great interiors. Well thought facilities with bicycle parking, end of trip showers and a pool.
Excellent structure, interior design.
